DISCLAIMER: The ERAS Fellowships Documents Office (EFDO) serves as the Designated Dean’s Office to applicants applying to fellowship programs participating in ERAS®. As the Designated Dean’s Office, the EFDO provides access to the ERAS website where applicants complete and transmit the MyERAS application to programs; receives supplemental documents; transmits them to ERAS, including the ECFMG Status Report (IMGs only). These documents are electronically transmitted to ERAS for delivery to each fellowship program you have designated. EFDO has no responsibility after having transmitted the application to ERAS. EFDO also has no responsibility for ensuring that the application is complete, or meets specific requirements of a particular fellowship program, or for delays caused by software or computer problems beyond ERAS' control. EFDO is not responsible for whether a program accepts your application or selects you for a position. EFDO makes no warranties, expressed or implied, as to any matter whatsoever, and any and all warranties are expressly disclaimed and excluded. In the event any service provided by EFDO fails to conform to a reasonable commercial standard (including negligence), EFDO will offer to reimburse you the amount paid to EFDO for this service. Except for this reimbursement, EFDO and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities or damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages, arising from use of or reliance on EFDO's services.
IMPORTANT NOTE: ERAS 2026 Tokens will be available for purchase on June 05, 2025. If you are planning to apply in the upcoming July Cycle, please return to this site at that time. If you purchase an ERAS 2025 Token, it will expire on May 31, 2025 and your application information and documents will be purged on that date. Tokens are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
